Session based, no memberships.

You can pay per session or save with a package. Every session is one to one with me, at a location that works for your week.

One to One

Fully private coaching, one client, one coach.

Partner / Semi Private

Two people, one coach. Train with a partner and share the cost.

Group Training

Small group training for teams, friends or families.

Policies

A little structure keeps training consistent for everyone. These are the same terms we share with every client at the start.

All sessions are prepaid.
Packages are non transferable and non refundable.
12 hour notice is required for cancellations.
Late cancellations or no shows are charged as completed sessions.
Travelling? You can freeze your package before you leave. Your remaining sessions stay yours, and the validity period is extended by the length of the freeze, so you pick up right where you left off when you are back.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the package validity period, unless the package has been frozen for travel.

If you buy a package and travel, your sessions are still yours. Here is how freezing works.

What happens to my package validity when I travel?
Your package is paused while you are away. The expiry date moves forward by the number of days the package is frozen, so you pick up exactly where you left off.
Do my remaining sessions stay mine?
Yes. Every unused session stays in your account. Nothing resets and nothing disappears. The sessions you had before you left are still there when you get back.
How do I request a freeze?
Just let me know before you travel, ideally at the start of the week. I will hold your slot and freeze the package from your last session before you leave until the date you return.
